Description
Pollinator is an ode to the transformation from flower to fruit, a celebration of the sweetness of nature. This rose cider showcases the nectar of the fruit with a rich, earthy profile and silky mouthfeel. Cold fermentation, bright acidity, and sweetness bring out the best of the fresh apple flavors.
Our rose-inspired cider is a mix of four ingredients; apples, grapes, oak and sweet. Pollinator is a semi-sweet cider with a rouge appearance, giving hints of vanilla on the finish.
