Description
Our first kettle sour brewed with yogurt! We used the bacteria present in a probiotic forward yogurt to lend a light tartness to this reddish-orange hued beer. The aroma of tart cherry is immediately evident. The body of the beer carries a caramel sweetness, from the darker malts used, and balances the slight sour character of this beer. A clean finish with lingering notes of bright cherry will keep you imbibing more
