Brewed to showcase both our passion for Belgian style beer and craving for experimentation, this beer is sure to satisfy your taste buds. Galaxy is a high alpha acid Australian hop variety known for contributing tropical fruit flavors and aromas such as passion fruit, papaya, and mango while also imparting gentle citrus notes. The strain of Saison yeast we used will amuse your senses by adding a subtle cinnamon and spice flavor accompanied by a slightly bitter finish. Galaxy is a difficult hop variety to acquire making this beer a rare but delicious batch so enjoy it while you can!
