From first whiff you’ll be reminded of the very best brown-sugar-laden oatmeal. The taste gives you that malty-roasty-sweetness of an English brown, to which Denver’s Inland Island yeast adds a bit of fruitiness that rounds out the sip. The slight drying hint-of-hop finish reminds you that this brown has an American twist. We can’t find a food with which this doesn’t pair, and we like the idea of sipping it on its own by a fire somewhere
