Cellar West is a small-batch brewery founded in Boulder County in late 2016. We’re a friendly, grassroots team of folks crafting award-winning beer for our community. With a focus on Farmhouse Ales, rustic lager, and classically-styled hoppy beers, we’re open for pours daily at our Lafayette, Colorado brewery, Bier Pub, & patio.
