Description
The beer you are holding is a different take on a White beer. We use a saison yeast strain to create a beer with citrus aromas and flavor. This beer pours with a voluminous white head from a high percentage of raw wheat. Aroma is of orange zest and orange blossoms combined with hints of saffron. The flavor is crisp, clean and dry with a supple tartness. A summer brew that is great year-round, it uses orange peel, grapefruit peel, coriander, and ginger to add complexity making it unlike any other.
