Imperial IPA, 81 IBU’s. This is our Great American Beer Festival Pro-Am entry. Home Brewer Matt Smith of Fort Collins’ recipe called for American malts, yeast and 4 different hops: CTZ, Centennial, Simcoe, and Amarillo. Dry hopped twice for big hop aroma.
