Description
Smithwick’s Irish ale is ruby in colour with a creamy head. The malt adds a biscuit and caramel notes, and the yeast creates a subtle fruity esther. The roasted barley adds a hint of rich coffee while the aroma hops create a nice floral nose to round out this 1710 recipe.
