Description
We wanted to brew a beer that was spicy and burly like Clint Eastwood. Brewed
with 40 percent malted Rye to give ample amounts of rye character with a thick and
smooth mouth feel. We added a host of fruit forward hops to balance out the
spiciness of the rye and to compliment the Belgian yeast strain.
Notes of peach, passion fruit, pepper and pumpernickel.
Pairs well with spaghetti westerns.
