How does Lindsay Guerdrum make a S’more?
She takes Bicuit, Munich and Chocolate Malt and then brews it with New Belgium’s house ale yeast, Saaz and Fuggle Hops for a hint of spice, and 300lbs each of honey and molasses…and that is just the Graham cracker! To make it taste like and ooey gooey S’more she adds a paste made from vanilla beans, fair trade cocoa and mallow flowers….The result is a creamy glass of goodness and New Belgium’s first ever beer tapped as a nitro!
