Description: According to the legend ‘St. Hubertus’ protected a deer from two hunters. The deer was kneeling down and seeking refuge in front of a church. In honor of this noble act Hacker-Pschorr hosts the annual Hubertus Bock Spring Fest. St. Hubertus beer enjoys great popularity as one of the first Starkbiers.
Tasting Notes: Style: Maibock. foamy, lacy white head. Brilliantly clear pale gold. Malty bock character. Rich German Fest body. Feels like beer.
Ingridients: 100% natural. Brewed with pure spring water, Hacker-Pschorr’s centuries-old, exclusive yeast strain, Hallertau hops, and light-coloured malt from two-row Bavarian summer barley.
Food Pairings: Pairs nicely with hearty dishes, and robust red meats
