Literally meaning “yeast wheat,” Hefes are served unfiltered with abundant haze and bright, bready wheat flavors. Adhering to Reinheitsgebot (German beer purity law), we brew Heliocentric with malted grain, pure Arvada water, European hops, and healthy German Weizen yeast.
