The Grandfather of Holidaily Brewing Company Founder, Karen Hertz, called her his Favorite Blonde. He was a small town optometrist and the design of the can is in honor of him.

  • A.B.V. 5% / I.B.U. 20
    Aroma: Light malty aroma, subtle hints of lemon, and light hop notes.
    Appearance: Clear golden color.
    Flavor: Smooth malty sweetness, with a light hop bitterness.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium body with a smooth, clean finish.
    Grain Bill: Millet malt and buckwheat malt.
    Hop Bill: A blend of hops including Cascade and Centennial.
