Dear You celebrates the fact that special moments take shape every single day. You can dress it up in a tux, or kick back on the porch with one each evening. Our citra-hopped French Saison showcases bright, refreshing, citrus flavors, giving way to a dry, clean finish. The french yeast showcases that drier, earthier flavor which distinguishes Dear You from sweeter and fruitier Belgian styles. Acidulated malt gives the beer a slight tartness, while the white wheat provides a hazy and pale appearance. We also use American Citra hops for both brewing and dry hopping to provide subtle citrus forward aroma and taste. Toast to every day with a Dear You.
