A traditional and highly crushable German style Kolsch. Brewed with all local Root Shoot Pilsner and light Munich malts, German Hallertauer hops, and fresh Apricot puree and natural flavoring. This crisp ale-lager hybrid lends floral and earthy notes of fresh cut grass and stone fruit, with a balanced finish. We can’t wait for Spring!
