Description
This chestnut-hued dark ale was aged in Oregonian red wine barrels with brettanomyces for four months and was then refermented with cherries to contribute bright, juicy, fruit characteristics which plays well with the brett’s gentle barnyard funkiness.
Notes of ripe cherries and chocolate with funky, hay-like notes.
Pairs well with juicy secrets.
