Description
A beer to keep hop lovers’ taste buds awake through the winter, this beer is all juicy fruit through the nose and sip, but has a big, resiny finish, with just a hint of the warmth from the slightly higher ABV. Light stone fruit notes (apricot, peach) are followed by a definite hop tingle. Lingering bitterness and a dry finish urges you to dream about almost any food to complement this delicious celebration of hops. A result of Josh taking stock of our hop contracts and designing a big, hoppy finish to the brewing year, we love the fruits of his brainstorm. Three cheers to the best flower on the planet! ABV: 8.1%
