Think of your favorite grey can of Topped beer that goes straight to your Head only being remixed and made in your lovely 303 area-code. Brilliantly aromatic with stone fruit, mango, and spruce qualities. Juicy as hell with grapefruit and orange flavors that ride upon the defining backbone of hoppy intensity but one that is still subdued by the intense melon and pineapple qualities. East Coast with out the rugged haze, west coast with out the cotton mouth dry-ness. Let’s just say that we all know a man named Melvin and we wanted to do his name justice: Sourless IPA would get a gracious nod of approval.
