Description
Pollen Buzz is a honey lager made with orange blossom honey and Tettnang hops. 6.8% ABV, 25 IBU’s.
Inspired by a hike on Rabbit Mountain. Rabbit mountain is a well known hiking trail just a couple of miles from the brewery. I was surprised at the number of bees I saw along the trail and being a novice beekeeper myself I decided to use honey as the feature ingredient.
