“It’s close to an American IPA but uses our signature lager yeast instead of an ale yeast. With the softer and more rounded character of this yeast, we emphasize the up-front grapefruit and other citrus notes to showcase the hops. A touch of malt and caramel and a light zing from the bitterness brings balance, but don’t be fooled, this is a hop forward IPL using Centennial, Citrus, Cascade, Amarillo, and Sorachi Ace”
