We hiked to Horsetooth Falls in search of ideas for beer. As we journeyed, we found many ingredients that would be a fun addition to a new creation. The ingredients chosen from the hike were mountain sage and juniper berries. But what fun is that to put in a wheat or golden ale? Lets make this memorable by adding it to a milk stout! The rich backbone of the beer mixed with just enough sage and juniper to make it stand out. A hike to the falls to continue the journey of our taste buds.
