Belgian Strong Pale Ale | 9.5% ABV

Description

All it took was a six-week sabbatical in Southeast Asia and one lucky guess for us all to enjoy Billy’s Beer. The newest winner of our co-worker taste-off, cellarman Billy Bletcher, brewed a spicy tart of a beer for summertime sipping. Full of pale malt, Amarillo and Centennial hops, kiwi fruit and Thai ginger, this beer pours a hazy straw with pillows of bright, white foam. Lots of bold tropical citrus on the nose, and a flavor full of puckering fruit, all tied together with an American Hefeweizen yeast for a very dry and very strong puncher of a beer. This beer is available only on Tap in the Northern Colorado Area
