Purpose

Peter Bouckaert, born and raised in Kortrijk, Belgium. Peter and his wife, Frezi, moved to the United States in 1996 where Peter became the Brewmaster at New Belgium Brewery in Ft. Collins, CO. Peter and Frezi, together with Zach and Laura Wilson, are starting their new venture:  Purpose Brewing and Cellars.

Our ingredients are special – knowledge, experience, and creativity, that we will combine in different ways to create our brews. The tools are plentiful such as fruit, wood, coffee, barrels from friends, and spices which will enhance our goal of providing you with tasteful brewed beer and coffee for you to enjoy while pausing for a moment at Purpose Brewing and Cellars.
