Milieu Fermentation

milieu fermentation (mil-you) was curated back in 2022 by co-owners Andrew Bergeron and Robert Bessett. Milieu exists to share uniquely crafted, high-quality, and innovative fermented beverages within the East Denver and Aurora communities.

milieu aims to develop a playful, yet esoteric brewery space, with products deeply inspired by traditional farmhouse breweries. Under the day-to-day operation of Andrew and Rob, milieu will provide a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic fermented beverages through onsite consumption and to-go sales. These beverages will range from traditional beer styles with a focus on hoppy, lager and oaked barrel-aged beers to alternative fermented beverages like hard tea and kombucha.
