Brewed to be kind to ourselves, each other, and the planet, Allkind Hard Kombucha was born from our desire to brew a truly gluten free beverage with thoughtful ingredients and complex flavors.⁠ It’s also 100% gluten free, organic, SCOBY Fermented and probiotic! What more could you want?⁠⠀

Allkind Hard Kombucha was founded by the Kombucha Crazed brewers at Odell Brewing Co. in Fort Collins Colorado. As an employee owned brewery with over 30 years of experience in fermentation, we were able to pursue our dream of brewing a 100% gluten free and SCOBY fermented hard kombucha. The result is a hard kombucha brewed by real people whose passion is steeped in tradition.

We start with organic black and green tea and brew that with real fruits, juices, and purees.  We take great care to source the best gluten free and organic ingredients. Once we’ve brewed the tea we ferment it with our house SCOBY. We let the SCOBY ferment out all of the sugars so we’re left with a crisp, refreshing hard kombucha with none of the sugars or carbs.
