Description
One of the first beer styles to incorporate all of the mash runnings, rather than splitting a brew into three different beers, brown porter is often referred to as an “entire” porter. A heavy proportion of brown malt and pale chocolate malt gives a dry, toasty malt aroma and flavor. Mild hop bitterness keeps the balance malt focused.
