We brewed this one with our friends from the bay at Original Pattern Brewing. This double Westy was brewed with HBC 586, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. Even cooler? We added cryo varieties of these dops during the dry hop phase, so this one is loud! Pilsner malt gives this beer a neutral base so the hops can really shine. You’ll get big hop flavors and aromas of mango, guava, and citrus… a delicious, chaotic fruit medley. If you will.
