Description
“Farmhouse IPA” – a heavily dry hopped Farmhouse ale using ingredients from both CT and VT. We used VT white cedar and CT balsam fir tips in the boil and dry hopped with CT grown Wye Challenger and Cascade hops as well as VT grown Centennial hops.
