The Bruery Mischief

Mischief is a hoppy Belgian-Style Golden Strong Ale.  This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character.  Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture.  Enjoy it, but you’ll want to keep an eye out.

Pairings: Perfect with subtle flavored fish with crispy skin, lemongrass, or pulled BBQ chicken and pork.
Try Cheddar and English style farmstead cheeses or washed rind “stinky cheeses.”  Its the wash in a brine of salt, liquor or beer that give thewashed rind cheese its ultimate flavor.  Also, feel free to pair with a tart cheese like sheeps milk Manchego, which will play off the citru quality in the hops.
