Description
The perfect beer for a cold and warm weather alike, featuring a rich caramel malt backbone complemented by ripe citrus hop flavors. For the deep ruby color and caramel malt character, we use several different types of crystal malts. To balance the malt sweetness, we add a significant amount of late hops, including Amarillo, Citra, Centennial, Cascade, and Chinook, which add a complex hop flavor without the bitterness. Large dry hop additions lend Rubedo a delicate, fresh hop flavor and aroma that pair nicely with the caramel malt flavors for a very balanced, complex and full-bodied beer.
