For those that fancy a DIPA that drinks bigger than its ABV suggests, this one’s for you! Leaning toward the East Coast, this beer is finely balanced to handled the enormous amount of hops added. Eukanot, Citra & Mosaic varieties were added after cooling the wort slightly in the whirlpool, once during fermentation and twice after the yeast finished its business! Notes of intense stone fruit and just straight up dankness are guaranteed
