Dry hopped Pilsner. “Pivo Pilz beer features 100% pilsner malt sourced from Germany and utilizes the same Bavarian yeast as our Oaktoberfest lager (rumored to be very close to the famed Augustiner Yeast). We sourced hops from the Hallertau region of Bavaria to complete the brew and dry hopped the beer togive it an American twist. The finished beer is crisp with a subtle, soft, malty backbone coupled with a characteristic clean hop bitterness followed by light spicy lemon grass accents.”
