Pina Agria 7% abv
Translated to “sour pineapple”, “pina” is also a term for the fabric made from pineapple fibers. This brew is a result of the collaborative and inclusive spirit which is the “fabric” of our pilot system and brewery, where any co-worker can make any beer from inspiration. An ale aged for nine months with pineapples, lacto, and brett to create a refreshing tart and sour fruit beer. This beer gives hints of bread, citrus, strong pineapple…and of course sour.
