Our Subnivean Porter blends organic vanilla with our Tyndall Porter for a crisp ale with notes of coffee and chocolate under a blanket of light vanilla sweetness. To jazz things up for the holidays, we added peppermint, which heightens the chocolate and adds crisp, festive flair. • Featured ingredients: Maris Otter & Chocolate malts and Whole Vanilla Beans • Recommend adventure: cross-country skiing to the Loch, biking Trail Ridge Road, building a snow cave.
