Appearance: Golden-Orange Hued. Hazy with Light White Head
Aroma: Biscuity-Bready Malt. Light Citrus with Peppery Spice and Fruity Yeast Esters
Flavor: Citrus and Spice with Lightly Sweet Malt. Balanced on the Finish
Mouthfeel: Light Bodied. Substantial Carbonation. Finishes with Peppery Spice.
Pairings: Roasted Root Vegetables, Salad with Cranberry and Goat Cheese, Rum Spice Cake.
Malt: Pilsner, White Wheat, Munich, Biscuit
