Obvious Pale Ale – 6.4%
A collaboration brew with our neighbors just north of us. You may have heard of New Belgium before and they’ve been a 1/4 mile north of us since 1991. It was an obvious connection to brew a pilot together. We brewed this American Pale Ale using hop varieties of Citra and Meridian for late aroma additions. These paired well with the huge hopback of Centennial and Cascade varieties. Crisp on the pallet with a nice resonance of hop flavors on the finish.
