Description
Appearance: Pale Golden with light haze. Bright white, effervescent head.
Aroma: Tropical Fruit (Mango, pineapple, grapefruit), Light resinous pine and grainy malt
Flavor: Bright citrus and tropical fruit up front with lingering smooth bitterness on the back end.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light with clean and fresh palate on finish
Pairings: Spicy foods, Indian Curry, Barbecue, Cheddar Cheese, Rich Chocolate Cake
