La Folie Reserve elevates the expression of our iconic sour brown ale with the award-winning Onyx Coffee Lab.
We found the perfect pair with their Costa Rican yellow honey beans from the famed Las Lajas Farm to our La Folie.
We added 2.5 lbs of Las Lajas Yellow Honey processed Columbian coffee to our foeder-aged dark sour blend. The coffee’s aromatic essential oils add a coffee bouquet but no bitterness, so you experience something totally new- a tart fruit coffee explosion.
