Description
Icey White is an American Pale Ale featuring strong tropical fruit flavors and a moderate bitterness. The use of 20% wheat gives the beer a thick white head. Cascade hops add a nice earthiness but the aroma is dominated by tropical fruit and citrus tones from the use of El Dorado hops for dry hopping.
