A true to style Bavarian Style Wheat Beer or Hefeweizen. The banana and clove-like flavors are derived from the specific Bavarian yeast. There is merely a hint of hop flavor added so as not to compete with the yeast notes. Quintessental summer in a glass. Sometimes served with lemon.
