Description
We designed Eclipse Brown Ale to emphasize a dry, toasty malt profile. Your first impression should be of a rich, toffee-like aroma. The flavor is clean and malty with a complexity that opens slowly, and builds as the beer warms. The finish has hints of toast and nuts, with a slight lingering sweetness.
With the success of Eclipse, Equinox started to infuse the beer with various flavors during their firkin program. Having seen the firkin announcement, the Mayor requested that Equinox prepare a keg of the Eclipse with Hazelnut…and boom…..love in your mouth!
