Fruity Bits Strawberry Shortcake opens with delicious, ripe, juicy strawberries and finishes with sweet, creamy, vanilla and just enough hop bitterness for balance. Brewed exclusively with Citra and Belma hops, we added strawberry purée to complement the natural strawberry character of the Belma hops. We accentuated the soft, creamy mouthfeel characteristic of a New England-style IPA with lactose and vanilla beans to mimic the flavor and texture of shortcake and whipped cream, leaving you wondering if you’re drinking an IPA or eating dessert. Why can’t it be both?
