Introducing Essential One, a foeder-aged American Sour blended with crisp apples, balanced by the warm spice of palo santo. This beer is inspired by the beautiful and complex aromatics of Palo Santo. Palo Santo, which translates to “holy wood,” is traditionally burned and is believed to have the power to purify and clear bad energy. Our love for the aroma inspired us to utilize it in a different elemental state and see what happens when you infuse.
