French Saison base that gets zero hops all the way through and fermented exclusively with Brett. Soured in a stainless tank using lactobacillus then blended with Kombucha brewed by Rowdy Mermaid in Boulder.
High dose of passion fruit flavor with a background of funkiness. Easy drinking sour beer.
