Description
What began as a sweet apple cider, with subtle clove and caramel characteristics, became apple pie’s liquid counterpart, with the addition of Saigon cinnamon. This variety of cinnamon is primarily used for its more complex and pronounced aroma; so that it complements, rather than takes away from, the flavor of the apples. With a mild sweet taste, the cinnamon blends well with the natural sugars produced by the fruit.
