For the 17th semester in a row, we brought
CSU’s Brewing Sciences and Technology
class (FTEC 460) to join us for a brew day.
BetelJuice IPA has a strong hop aroma,
with notes of fruity sweetness and soft pine.
The aggressive bitterness is balanced by a
substantial malt backbone. Hop flavors also
dominate the flavor profile, with hints of
lemon and other citrusy fruits. Thanks to
CSU for helping us make such a delicious
