The Berry and Barb is a rhubarb and Aronia berry cider. The rhubarb came from a neighbor and the Aronia were harvested from the hedgerows of Finnriver farm. Close to 200 pounds of rhubarb call fermented with organic Washington state apples. Finished with a top ferment of fresh and dried Aronia berries as well as a stave of American oak to fill in the mid-palate Tanic structure. Off dry, not a sweet drinker but a quenching tart Summer Cider.
