Description
Double Barrel Ale fermented in toasted American Oak barrels, then transferred into a mix of used American barrels from the Firestone Walker Union and used French Oak barrels from various wineries on the central coast including Opus One winery in Napa; inoculated with lactobacillus as well as natural wild organisms.
