A collaboration brew with Brewers Republic, a craft beer bar located in Colorado Springs. We teamed up and threw a bunch of malted rye into this one. Then we paired it with a bunch of American Hops. Tropical flavors and aromas with a slight earthy spice.

We took our delicious pale ale and threw it into second use barrels for about four months. One will notice some pretty amazing fruit flavors coming through from the barrels but still a subtle hop flavor and a beautiful smooth finish.

This Dunkel Lager was brewed with help from our friends, the Germans from Russia. Dunkels have a distinct malty flavor and very low hop bitterness. This dunkel has a rich and nutty flavor, slight sweetness and a round finish.
