We “dry Hopped” with a number of different trpoical fruits. A blend of mango, papaya, pineapple, peaches and oranges totaling 50 lbs give this beer a nice tropical fruit nose. Low IBU’s so the fruits would shine through this beer is very drinkable and refreshing.
